Four different prepreg production lines in MITEC that are enabled to develope and produce of many products for the composite industry. There are two thermoplastic-matrix UD prepreg production lines, one thermoplastic woven prepreg production line and one thermoset prepreg production line that are developed by our company. Various alternative production methods such as extrusion, film coating, powder coating can be carried out in the production lines.

  • Carbon fiber reinforcement thermoplastic pre-preg processing like PEEK, PPS, PA6,6, PA.
  • Glass fiber reinforcement thermoplastic pre-preg processing until 220 °C.
  • Possible production of desired fiber/volume ratio and product width

Thermoset prepreg/ woven prepreg production line

  • Process temperature: 50 °C -400°C
  • 5 different coating systems
